Until recently, many states had miscegenation laws forbidding unions between blacks and whites only! White supremacists, white ministers, and others even claim scriptural basis for their beliefs. The ‘one drop’ rule ensured that the race of anyone with a trace of black lineage would black. Period! The main reason for segregation in the South(and defacto in the North) was so that white males could, forever, control ‘their women’ and ensure that they would never, never, never, never, never…ever become sexually involved with black men. Ironically, nearly every so-called African American has at least one white ancestor, thanks to the lust of black slave women by white men such as Thomas Jefferson. Why, then, have white men, throughout history, married or had sexual bonds with women of every race without ever answering to white women, or anyone else? Why don’t whites simply be honest and say that interracial relationships are fine, as long as it’s between a white man and a woman of another race: John Lennon/Yoko Ono, Jeb Bush and his Mexican wife, Maury Povich and Connie Chung, and thousands of white men who are married to Filipino, Japanese, Mexican, and other women. To me, skinheads and others should be most outraged when their own go against their doctrine of racial purity. And why, have white women have never been heard from on this issue, from the times of slavery until today? A white woman who dates or marries a black male stands to be ostracized by her family and society, but her brother could marry Nancy Kwan today, with no problem. Ironically, Asians, Mexicans, and others seem to have no problem when their daughter marries a white male, but would be very unsettled if she showed up with a black man…a doctor, even! My daughter’s boyfriend is white, and it’s fine by me, so don’t missread my question. Come on. Why the hypocracy? Why not just come out and be honest, once and for all.
