It is my understanding that Native Americans believe in God, but that they also believe in the spirits of animals and elements (water, fire,etc.). In believing in God, does this mean they believe in the Holy Bible, or just a spirit that is referred to as God? And, where does the belief in other spirits come into play?

'Native American' does not describe one belief system, but many. There are lots of different kinds of Native Americans. Some may believe in the Bible, as a result of mixing their old traditions with Christianity. But most who keep their native faith are not worshiping the Christian God, they are worshiping a different God or Gods and thus cannot really be compared to Christianity in the way you are.
