Hi, I had a roommate for almost a year. About 4 months into his stay, he started smoking ‘herb’ heavily. I told him this was a non-smoking unit, no cigarettes, no pot. But he claimed it was just his ‘herb’ and I should get off his back. He’s black, I’m white. He eventually moved out, I’m still there. What’s the deal with ‘herb’?
