Are Jewish people defined by their ‘Religeon’ or by their ‘Ethnicity’? If Jews are defined by ethnicity, how did ‘White Jews’ come to exist? I mean, wasn’t Moses considered Hebrew, a precursor to the Jews? He was raised under the assumption of being an Egyptian Pharaoh’s Son. The Ancient Egyptians were Africans (Black People). Are there ‘Jews of Color’ in Israel? Do only ‘White Jews’ hold positions of power and authority in Israel? I’ve always been puzzled whenever the news showed European-looking Israelis living in a geographic region that, throughout history, produced people of darker hues.
