Why do you employees of the bus companies (not citywide, but between cities) treat your customers with more open contempt and hostility than any other business I have ever seen? I have seen you shout at the top of your lungs at customers, be viciously insulting and make racist remarks (often at people of the same background as yourselves), and been on bus rides that were up to fourteen hours late. I know that it’s a monopoly usually, and that the customers like me are almost always too poor to travel any other way. But bus company employees are not well-off either. Can’t you see that you are abusing people who are often no different from you or your own family members in background?
