A single black man from New York recently moved into a house on our middle-class cul-de-sac. He may be from a foreign country, though I'm not sure. We have driveways averaging about 75 to 100 feet long. He has taken to parking his car so that it faces outward at the very end of the driveway, so that the front end almost touches the road. Why would he park his car so far from his house, instead of in or near the garage? And why is it bothering me?
