MattParticipantSo I was at a local gas station and saw a sign that stated simply: No Dogs allowed in store.(except for seeing eyedogs.) What is the purpose of this sign?User Detail :

Ann L. LowensteinParticipantIt's to let people know that housepets aren't allowed in the store. What other purpose is it supposed to have? I mean aside from letting idiots like you know that the dog in the funny-fooners-looking harness over by the twinkies is a seeing-eye dog. BadKarma!User Detail :

ShellyStrauss RollisonParticipantAccording to the Americans with Disabilities Act, seeing eye dogs must be allowed access to wherever their owners are allowed access. The sign is alerting those who see the seeing eye dog in the store that simply because that dog is there doesn't mean they can being their hunting dog into the store. It's also showing the stores compliance with the ADA. Love and Light, Rev. ShellyUser Detail :
