Would an individual who was a U.S. Representative from the State of Florida and concurrently Speaker of the House who resigned to serve as U.S. President due to a President who was temporarily disabled and a concurrent vacancy in the U.S. Vice Presidency, be able to concurrently serve as President and run to return to the seat that he/she had resigned from, win the election and then hold the win in abeyance until his/her services as acting President were no longer needed and THEN have the swearing in?
