Why do Hispanic immigrants feel entitled to have rules, laws, signs, etc. published in Spanish? It seems the Hispanic immigrants are not willing to learn English but every other ethnic group that’s immigrated to the U.S. has learned English in order to assimilate (i.e. Italians, Germans, Asians).
