Why is it that on so-called reality tv shows, the black characters/contestants almost always seem to be alienated no matter what their age, education or professional background? (Two great examples are Big Brother 5 where the white males formed the ‘Four Horsemen’ almose immediately excluding the black male, the white gay male and older white male? Also, on the new Survivor’, the black male has been describes as ‘distant’ by contestants who haven’t even tried to get to know him? signed, bj a curious black male p.s. i find that the same thing happens in corporate America
