Do male engineers (or any other male dominated career) think of women coworkers as better as administrators than as technical staff? Why am I assumed to be my boss’s admin assistant when a peer (male, younger) is accepted as the scientist that he (and I) are? Am I overreacting to innocent comments/assumptions?
