What exactly is the deal with men and multiple orgasms? Can all men have them? My boyfriend says he has ‘small’ orgasms, where he doesn’t ejaculate, while I am giving him oral sex or manual stimulation, and that the ‘small’ orgasms lead up to one large orgasm where he ejaculates. We havn’t had actual sex yet, so I’d like to know if this happens during sex as well.

I’d guess that any man who practices Kegel exercises (look it up) should be capable of having multiple orgasms (or at least multiple “partial” orgasms) without ejaculation.

For me, obtaining multiple orgasms requires a certain amount of control over my arousal. When I feel an orgasm coming on, I can control it so that it is a small orgasm where there is no ejaculation. Eventually, after several small orgasms, I can no longer control it and ejaculation occurs. This final orgams produces the greatest pleasure. I have never done any special exercises to be able to do this, I’ve just always had the ability, and I would assume that most other men can do this if they try.
