I am afraid my girlfriend may have a medical problem that she will not have checked out. When we make love, she likes me to nearly fist her and go as far inside as I can possibly reach. I enjoy the experience also, but afterward there is usually a great deal of her blood on me. As I keep my nails trimmed pretty low, I cannot think of what it may be, other than she has a medical issue. However, she will not go see a doctor about it. Am I worrying needlessly?
