Why do so many white women walk without moving or barely moving their butts? I've seen this all my life and have wondered about it.

haha! I don't think most of us are able to move our butts like black women can. I wish we could! Many black women have "high" butts. Next time you're standing behind a woman, notice the curve. White womens' butts don't start until further down than black women.
