How can I prove I have been targeted, my dog killed and truck and house vandalized because I am gay? What do I need to take these actions to court to convict on the basis of hate?

You should probably talk to a lawyer. I have seen something at http://www.lambda.org about reporting hate crimes. They might be able to help you there, though I’m not sure if they only operate in the United States or what.
