Uni. It tastes like throw-up. I had it once and nothing short of a million bucks would make me eat it again. In contrast, giraffe, crocodile, ostrich, horse and a few other things people would not normally eat are no big deal. I’d like to try snake some day. I bet it tastes kind of like chicken.
