It seems that seeing a gay white man is ‘normal’, but to see a gay black man (especially an effiminate one) it seems quite odd as far as looks and perception go. Is it because black men are generally SO masculine acting and SO tough looking that when we see a gay black man it would be like seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger in drag?
