Is it possible for whites or other non-blacks to receive a scholarship from the United Negro College Fund? If denied because of the color of my skin, would that count as racism? Are there any ‘white’ scholarships? I’m not looking to get a scholarship, I’ve just been wondering about this for years from seeing the TV ad ‘A mind is a terrible thing to waste.’
