A gentleman who lives across the street from me periodically flies a flag that depicts a gold castle against a black background — similar to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ logo, but clearly not the same. When it’s out, men (never women) come up to his house in droves. I asked a neighbor about the flag, and she said it was some sort of symbol for a gay men’s alliance. Does anyone have any knowledge of this?
