Rick SteeverParticipantAre there no programs to help the African-American’s in ghetto areas so they can live a better life? I thought we were a better country than that.

DaneRParticipantOk now lets see, there’s welfare, it sucks but it’s there to help if you can get it, you aren’t supposed to live off it forever like many do, you’re supposed to use it to get on feet while you get a job. There’s unemployment, basically the same thing as welfare, but the fact is the government does not have, nor will it ever have, the money to do this everywhere, now yes it sucks they are in this situation, but not to sound like a jerk or anything, but many of these people brought it on themselves, some didn’t I know but quite a few did, and what you bring on yourself you can take off of yourself. So yes it would be awesome to have programs to help the blacks in the ghettos, and the whites, and everyone else there it’s not only black people, but it’s impossible to help them all so people do
