Why do people in California drive slow in all lanes of the freeway. All or most other states observe the rule, slower stays to the left. Did anyone ever think of stressing this to Californians, traffic may just move better if you dont have some ignorant person driving 55 in the far left lane, excluding the carpool lane. I just moved here from Michigan and its seriously the dumbest thing ive seen in quite a while.
