I was wondering whether a man's penis ever stops growing, in terms of length and girth, like your shoe size. You know, at a certain time in life your shoe becomes set, and for the must part you wear the same shoe size from then on. Is it the same for your penis? At a certain age does it stop growing, and if so, when is it, is it in your teens?

I presume it does stop growing. Otherwise you would see old men with enormous schlongs.

Actually, it continues to grow, but never beyond a set point. Penises (like feet, noses, eyeballs and most parts) pretty much stay the same size once you reach adulthood. Most people are done growing by the time they're 20 or so.

Martin, If your penis is still growing at 20, all I have to say is, 'Congratulations!' The penis is not a bone nor a muscle, and therefore it does not grow like a bone (i.e. Milk does not help here) nor can it be enlarged by working it out. The size of the penis is usually set by the end of puberty. Further, the shaft of the penis actually extends a few inches into the body in order to provide stability during erection. Losing fat in the pubic region as a result of weight loss could expose more of the penis, making it look bigger. Further, cardiovascular exercise maximizes blood flow, therefore providing for the strongest, maximum length erections, making your boner look bigger. Besides that, your penis should not grow past the completion of puberty.
