    I would like to know if there is a chart that tells me the prevalence rates of certain disabilities in Eastern Europe as compared to the English-speaking world (England, Australia, United States). As an example, how many Poles have a specified IQ as compared to English people? I would either like a book, web site reference or personal experience.
