Why is it that so many people – especially women – do no have their own opinions about things? I stand in a book store and see women decide to get a book because Oprah recommended it, or they decide to vote for some one because Barbara Steisand supports them, or they support gun control because Rosie O’Donnell does. If these are legitimately held views reached because the person has researched the subject or even just has a gut instinct about it fine, but why put so much stock on ANY opinion a celebrity has. They certainly don’t relate to how non-celebrities have to deal with life!
