Around two months ago, I started following the British version of the popular Atkins diet (high protein, low carbohydrate). I’ve also started hitting the gymnasium and running a mile everyday since. Glad to say, I have lost 30 pounds in 2 months! Although I am 5’3′, two months ago, I was nearly 215 pounds. I hope to reach the 130 pound mark early spring. Now, to anyone with sufficient medical background or similar great weight-loss experience, do features on one’s face get smaller with significant weight loss? Significant meaning greater than fifty pounds? Do ears get smaller? Does fat build up around ears? My overall face has thinned for the better, but I have gigantic ears (it doesn’t run in the family) with such long ear lobes and I was hoping this safe and natural weight loss would help bring my ears to a proper size, anything sort of the length of a baby elephant’s ears. HELP!
