    Can blind people be racist if they can't see what color is and they can't tell who is what color?

    Of course they can. First off, all blind people were not born that way, and second, racism isn't an issue of 'seeing colors', it's an issue of internal attitudes and stereotypes, and those come from a combination of upbringing, life experience, with whom one associates, and personal beliefs.

    Yes, if they were raised to be racist. They may be able to tell the race of the person by listening to the person's voice - their accent, etc. If you are a sighted person, you may notice that you can often tell a person's race over the phone.

    Race is not just about skin color. I agree, you can often tell a person's race over the telephone. The blind are just as likely to love their brothers and sisters of other races as the sighted.
