Do you have some data to substantiate your claim that blacks eat chicken more than white people? Or are you just going on the tired stereotype of black people and fried chicken? If you look in a black person's grocery cart, you'll find ground beef, roast beef, ham, pork chops, steaks, ribs and fish right alongside chicken - just like you'd find for anyone else.

Why do whites like to eat casseroles? Because it's a cheap dish? You always hear them say, 'Honey, there's a casserole in the freezer; just pop it in the oven and warm it up.' Perhaps for the convenience? Well, can't that apply to black folks preferring chicken?

I'm a vegetarian, but I assume most people eat chicken because they like the taste. I don't think there's something inherent to Black people that makes us like chicken. Also, I think AMericans in general eat alot of chicken. When trying something new like goat or snake don't people usually say, 'It tastes like chicken'
