Question to African-American visitors. The issue of a lack of non-sporting/entertainment black role models for young black americans is often discussed. I was wondering if non-american blacks count as role models for young black americans? I am specifically thinking of, for example Kofi Annan the Secretary-General of the UN. As a supplementary question, I would love to hear your thoughts on the issue of positive role models.
