How do christians feel about the ‘authenticity’ of the bible (the New Testament specifically)? it is a known fact that most of the versions in circulation today have been heavily edited through the centuries. the vatican themselves carried out a study in the 1970’s and concluded that the New Testament is contradictory and that important books that did not concur with the 4 main gospels were suppressed (ie the apocrypha). how does this affect your faith?
