I'm a 17-year-old bisexual girl. I'm definitely not 'butch' - I'm very feminine. However, I seem to have what would be characterized as very 'gay male' characteristics.' I love drag queens and all things campy, I love showtunes, Judy Garland, Liza Minnelli, Bernadette Peters, all the gay icons. Is there a name for someone like me? Like a slang expression or something? I know a 'fag hag' is a straight woman who has a lot of gay male friends, but what would I be considered?

Yes, there is a label for you - that label is Jacqueline. As far as some stereotypical label goes, I have no idea. But why do you want to be catagorized anyway? Labels and catagories are so limiting because once you are labeled as something, people think they know all about you. You are a unique individual just like everybody else.

How about 'a gay man trapped in a woman's body'? Just kidding actually.... don't be to quick to put a label on yerself... You are who you are. Becuause you enjoy drag queens and Bernadette Peters may only mean you have good taste! Or it may mean you enjoy good entertainment... There is some talk in the community now about 'queer heterosexuals'. I met a man a couple weeks ago that falls into that catagory. Handsome guy, very friendly, lots of gay male friends, rides a motocycle, goes to the gay leather bars, and is straight as an arrow (Damn!). But the truth is, he is just a nice guy with no hang ups. No need for labels, but we do need more people like this in the world!

there is no name because a lot of people are like that. I am bisexual but i am not in to drag queens but i like camping. I think that doesnt have anything to do with your sexual orientation.
