Why do smokers think the whole world is their ashtray? People who would never toss even the smallest piece of paper or other piece of garbage out their car window think nothing of flicking every cigarette butt out on to our streets and roads. Do you not think about the fact that when they get washed down the storm sewers, they all end up in our lakes and rivers? I’ve never understood this. Can a smoker please explain the rationalization behind this?
