Although I think the Church would teach that oral sex is unacceptable because of the impossibility of procreation, I think it would be helpful to consider the question from the standpoint of intimacy. Does engaging in oral sex contribute to the quality of your marital bond, or might it detract from it? Answering that question might involve knowing your and your spouses’ intention. Is it done out of love, or is more a matter of self-gratification? Hope that helps.
