I’m suprised that no one has answered your question yet, but I’m assuming that it’s because they don’t know the answer to the second part. The first part has this answer: Absofreakinglutely, it’s true. I’m not sure where it comes from because I’ve seen several explanations that conflict with each other. The most common one that I’ve heard is that there is a female version of the prostate gland. One thing I know for a fact is that the liquid is not urine.
