I certainly understand where you’re coming from on alot of concerns.Unfortunately many ‘Christians’ don’t represent their leader(Jesus)very well and that’s sad.I am a Christian and I take my faith very seriously.The word Christian means ‘Christ-like’and that’s how we should act.If you are familiar with Christ’s teachings you can see that He was against judgementalism,helped the needy and had compassion for all.God is a God of love but He’s also a God of justice.God has set forth rules of all kinds(physical,spiritual,etc)and it is up to us as humans to follow those rules.God doesn’t send people to hell,people send themselves by not following those rules.The Bible says that God desires no one to parish(in hell) but for everyone to come to repentance.He won’t override our will though,the choice is ours.He loves you and died for you(and rose and is alive today)so that you wouldn’t have to go to hell, that you would have a choice.If you seek after God with your whole heart you will find Him. John 3:3 says that you must be born-again to enter into Heaven,go ahead and ask Christ to be your Lord and Savior today,He’s ready for you.
