my dad did the same thing- I could buy whatever clothes with my own money- you’re not paying the bills, they call the shots. My dad said when I was 18 I could do as I please, and guess what, I grew out of it by then. I know you feel oppressed, but no matter how bad you have it, someone has it worse.
