I had the opportunity to work for a while in a strip club, and sorry guys, the myths are true. The stories of young college girls, etc. aren’t real. The typical stripper DOES come from a crappy home life, is uneducated and in many cases drug-addicted. The little stories they tell you are just that: stories. Lots of them have kids, usually from fathers who are nowhere to be found. Most of the girls grew up with no real moral or religious foundation, and their parents were equally as pathetic. Hence the saying, ‘the apple does not fall far from the tree.’

When they are too old to strip, they will fall into the same cycle and be unemployed, old, with no skills and in poverty, and the cycle will begin again. Sorry, but that’s the truth.
