    Having a child will always change your body. It’s natural and you shouldn’t feel bad about it. The very best way to improve your body image is to exercise. It’s not easy and it takes time, but the best things in life are always harder to achieve. No matter how you feel every day, if you go and take a walk or buy some light weights and start an exercise routine, you will not only be happier with the way you look, you’l feel better. Start today. Drink lots of water, take your child on walks and buy some weights and you’ll be much happier. Give yourself 6 months to notice a difference. Also, if you can find a friend to join you in the effort, you’ll have a much higher chance of succeeding.
