there are some sports that preclude blacks from participating in measurable numbers due monetary considerations or geography, but the fact remains that blacks are simply superior athletes in many sports. assemble the best sprinters in the world and almost all of them will be black, even though far more non blacks attempt to compete. the same thing applies to pro basketball. the reason no one wants to discuss this publicly is that if we agree that there is a physical difference then the next conclusion is that there might be mental differences too.
