Hate to break it to you, but ALL races are ‘basically the same type of people’…this in’t PC feel-goodism, but scientific fact: there is as much if not more genetic difference between two unrelated individuals of any one race than there is between people of different races. The entire concept of ‘Race’ is a social construct and there are very few differences between the races that aren’t entirely cosmetic, or the result of isolation and inbreeding in a specific locality. And the person who said that cocoa butter was used for skin care by blacks was right on the money- black skin gets a condition called ‘ash’ when it gets dry, it turns a chalky/scaly white and cocoa butter is a preferred treatment. Go to the black hair/skin care section of any drugstore and you will find an abundance of skin care products containing cocoa butter.
