As a matter of fact, we Asians do have small penises in general compared to other races – even for some of us who have the same large body size as Caucasians. I guess this is due to proportionality in human biology; we almost always have smaller body size and are shorter and thus have smaller penises. Speaking of biology, there always are exceptions: there are Asians with incredibly huge penises, and I’m sure there are Caucasions or African Americans with tiny penises. I think this is a much better explanation compared to my father’s ‘Chinese men have small penises because Chinese women have tight p***ies, and white men have big penises because white women have loose p***ies’
