Unfortunately, most Americans know absolutely nothing about Canada. A damn shame, too. I have lived in Canada (for a little over a year) and loved it. Still do. I’m sure you’ve noticed that Americans take a condescending view of y’all guys. One knucklehead even wondered why I was waiting in the international arrivals area of my local airport to greet a friend coming down from Toronto. ‘That aint a foreign flight!’ I can’t explain it; all I can do is let you know that there are a few of us that really dig your country.
