The original poster wasn’t talking about the moral arrogance of all religions. He was specifically attributing to Jews a lust for dominance and hatred for others in our sacred writings, using a piece of anti-Semitic propaganda that’s been around, literally, since the Middle Ages. The fact that your brother-in-law is obnoxious had nothing to do with it, nor the fact that you can find others like him in every other organized religion…because you’ll notice, the questioner didn’t talk about the hostility to non-Christians found in the New Testament, nor the hostility to kufr (infidels) found in the Koran — he only talked about Jews.
