    Sometimes the spasms can be faked, but not effectively. There are a series of muscles that contract consecutively, starting from the outside and working in. They tighten from different directions. The first gives pressure from the sides, the next from the top and bottom. You’d have to still be inside and not moving to feel this happening. Some women get a bit of a rash on their body afterward. Sometimes it’s on the inner thigh, sometimes the chest, sometimes even the feet. The skin will appear rosey, as if it’s been slapped, but that could be hard to tell, as not everyone is as pale as myself. Let’s just say that for white girls, it’s a little easier to tell.
