I like mustard on my sandwiches. Mustard is not greasy and has less calories than mustard. I have mustard only on my sandwiches because I like the taste. The fact that it is lower in calories and saturated fat is a bonus. I am a black woman, so it is your imagination that black people are more fond of creamy condiments than the population at large.
