SarahMemberI have a bi-racial child (african-american and caucasian)and when I fill out forms that force me to choose a race for her, I choose African American because I assume most people would call her ‘Black’ based on looks alone. I prefer to call her mixed or biracial because I have a hard time completely neglecting my white heritage.

SarahMemberMy husband and I would never be affectionate with each other to make a point and I have never seen anyone else do this either. Maybe you are more likely to notice an interracial couple being affectionate with each other than a same race couple.
