Exactly where have you been looking? Because everywhere I look in Corporate America there is a still a very dominant white workforce. Also, what you may not realize is that today there is a larger number of qualified, competent ‘minorities’ graduating from college than ever before. Hence, you would expect that in a country such as ours who pride ourselves on making great strides in overcoming our racist past, that more of these qualified, competent individuals will start to be hired into Corporate America. Question for you: Why do so many white males feel that they are entitled to all and as soon as they see someone else getting a taste of their privelege, it’s all of a sudden unfair??
