Robin-CParticipantI have worked with many people from other countries, and I have a few (limited) opinions based on the people I know. I have noticed that the people from almost every other culture I have encountered are more friendly than Americans. They are more likely to say hi and talk to you when they see you, shake hands, hug and kiss, and they seem less apprehensive to talk to strangers. They (at least the people I know) are not being intrusive or annoying, and it seems their motivation to act that way is just to be friendly. I am not sure why this is, but I love that kind of friendliness.
