Rick29768ParticipantAny person negatively affected by a serious medical or physical affliction should not be behind the wheel of a car. There is far too great a responsibility to the rest of society, other drivers and pedestrians, to allow unnecessary or reckless situations to occur if they can be prevented. Driving is dangerous enough without physical distractions. It is a privilege licensed by the state, not an enduring civil right.
