    A couple of years ago, Louis Rukeiser asked on his TV program almost the same question from an airline CEO. The reply was that airlines compete on convenience and price. Basically, consumers will buy the cheapest tickets that will get them where they want to go when they want to go.

    In the early 1960s, the Catholic Church renamed this sacrament to Anointing of the Sick, to emphasize that it is for all who are ill, or facing a hazard such as surgery. A person may receive it as many times as needed. Previously, priests were often called out when patients were unconscious and near death, so that they could no longer benefit from the comforting and strengthening the sacrament could have given them.
