    Perhaps this is because, since that third gender is not (yet) accepted by society, then that person would be too embarrassed or fearful of violent unaccepting lunatics taking their hatred out on them, or afraid of curious stares, or being afraid of being outed to feel that they could freely use a public bathroom created specifically for them. Perhaps too, it could be a case of…why bother? You’re either sitting or standing, either way why should a business budget in a facility for a person of transgender who’s just going in to use the toilet or wash their hands? Lastly, I wonder what you would suggest this third gender-specific sign look like?
